When Leon Martin asked for his parents' advice on how to become a UX designer,they both went silent."In fact,I had no idea what he was talking about," said Anne,his mother."I don't know whether he was talking about designing clothes,computer programmes or a fancy brand of bike."

Anne is not alone.
