Eat a bland (清淡的) diet
A bland diet may be a good choice if your stomach often feels upset in summer. Try to include steamed fish, beans, eggs, and tofu in your everyday meals, but stay away from certain vegetables and fruits such as onions, peppers, grapes, dates, and dried fruits. They can cause flatulence (胃胀气) and digestive (消化的) issues.
Make your own salad
Nothing whets (激发) an appetite like a fresh salad during a hot summer. It is not only healthy but also delicious and easy to make. First, you need some vegetables, such as a head of lettuce, some tomatoes, a cucumber, and a couple of peppers. Wash the vegetables carefully. Chop them into pieces and put them in a bowl. Add some salad dressing and then mix them up. You have a salad! You can also make it in your own style by adding other ingredients, such as sesame (芝麻), chicken, eggs, or fruit.
