【写作指导】
Step 1 审好题 定方向
本文写作时以第一人称的口吻进行叙述，时态以一般现在时为主，如插叙往事则需用过去相关时态。写作时按照要点适当拓展，可运用祈使句。

1. 要点梳理
①休闲娱乐活动的类型；
②对自己的影响；
③如有不利影响，可采取的改进措施。
2. 亮点荟萃
结合本单元所学内容，可以借鉴使用以下词汇或表达。

My fun activity
As the saying goes，“All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.” Fun activities are important for us. As for me，my favourite fun activity is playing computer games. Because it can make me relaxed and happy after the long day at school.
However，the computer games are so interesting that it's easy for me to get lost in it. It eats away my time，minute by minute. And I sit there without noticing it at all. It will be bad for my health and my study.
To keep the time - eating monster away，I have to have fun in a balanced way. For example，I will spend less time playing computer games. I will stand up and leave the screen. I will go outside，feel the sun on my face，and jog in the fresh air.
I will try my best to make a balance between play and study. What about you?
