    Ant Financial (蚂蚁金服) is an Internet financial services company. In August 2016, it launched an interesting project "Ant Forest". According to Ant Financial, "Ant Forest" can help people improve the environment.
    But how does the project actually work? What effect does it have? In the "ant forest", people first plant a virtual (虚拟的) tree.     More than 250 million people have taken part in this project, which shows that "Ant Forest" is really popular. The virtual trees that users plant on their phones represent the trees in reality. In reality, Ant Financial has planted more than 10 million real trees.

    Have you heard of the Amazon rainforest in Brazil? It is one of the biggest rainforests in the world. But now it is becoming smaller and smaller. Once there was a tribe (部落) called Surui in the center of the rainforest. At that time, the tribe had a population of 1,000.
