Food is very important. It makes us strong and healthy. Our school's lunch menu is really great. It's a Rainbow Menu.

Monday is a red day. We have apples, tomatoes and pork. Tuesday is an orange day. We have oranges, carrots and beef. Wednesday is a yellow day. We have bananas, potatoes and chicken. Thursday is a green day. We have cucumbers, green beans and fish. Friday is a purple day. We have grapes, onions and seaweed meat rolls.
On Saturday and Sunday, I have lunch at home. In my family, my dad likes beef. My mum's favourite food is vegetables. I like vegetables but not carrots. And we all like Chinese noodles. They're delicious! We don't like junk food. It's not healthy.
