I'm Linda. My mother is always nice to me. She never says, "You must do your homework before you watch TV. You must clean your bedroom. You must wash your clothes." But she says, "Would you please finish your homework first? Would you please wash your dirty clothes? Could you open the door for your dad?" She tells me to be kind to others and be polite when we ask for help.
