【活动目的】学会运用“How’s the weather?”询问天气状况。
【活动过程】两人一组。事先准备好纸板、木棍、图钉等工具。首先成员按照步骤制作天气轮盘,然后一名成员转动轮盘并用“How’s the weather?”提问,另一名成员根据轮盘指针所指内容用“It’s...”回答。
【参考词汇】sunny, rainy, windy, cloudy
范例:
S1: How’s the weather?
S2: It’s sunny.
答案: 答题卡作答:
1. Prepare materials: cardboard, stick, thumbtack.
2. Make a weather wheel: Draw different weather conditions (sunny, rainy, windy, cloudy) on the cardboard in sections.
3. Insert the stick into the center of the cardboard with the thumbtack to make it rotatable.
4. Activity process:
Pair up with a classmate.
One student rotates the wheel and asks "How’s the weather?".
The other student answers using "It’s [weather condition]" based on where the pointer stops.
Example dialogue:
S1: How’s the weather?
S2: It’s rainy.
