A trip to Xiamen
Last summer vacation, I went to Xiamen with my
parents by train. It was my first time to go there. When
we arrived, we first went to Gulangyu Island. We visited
many old buildings and tasted delicious local snacks.
The next day, we went to Nanputuo Temple. It was really
a peaceful and beautiful place. Later, we walked along
the beach near Xiamen University. The sea was so blue
and the sand was soft. This trip was really unforgettable.
I not only enjoyed the beautiful scenery but also learned
a lot about the local culture. I hope I can go there again
in the future.
