During the summer holiday, my family and I visited Singapore. We first took a 2 - hour flight to Guangzhou. Then it took us another 4 hours to fly to Singapore. We stayed there for six days and visited many famous tourist spots. Out of all of them, the one I liked most was a movie theme park.
For people who love movies, this movie theme park is an ideal place to visit. The park is divided into different parts based on movie themes. It is like an amusement park for movie fans. We looked through the website before visiting. People who want to enjoy the excitement of going on rides(供乘骑的游乐设施) should go counter - clockwise(逆时针方向地) around the park. I don’t care for rides like that, so I decided to go clockwise.
The first part we visited had a boat ride. It was based on the movie Madagascar(2005). We sat in a small boat and watched a revised version(改编版) of the movie. When I was sitting in the boat, I looked around and saw the main characters from the movie waving at me. It reminded me of my childhood—the good old days when I was too little to care about anything.
There are many other things to do at the theme park, such as watching a 4D movie, seeing an acrobatics(杂技) show, or eating Malaysian food. This trip was one of the best adventures of my teenage years.
