One sunny day, Mr and Mrs Brown had a picnic with their children, Peter and Julie in the forest. They prepared sausages, potato salad and tins of Coke.
They had a big meal on the grass. Then Julie went onto the grass to play. Suddenly, there was a shriek from Julie. “Quick, Daddy! A snake! ” she cried. Mr Brown ran to Julie. Then he laughed. “Don’t worry, Julie,” he said. “It’s only a rope.”
