This is my dad, Fred, on the left /left/. He's very handsome /'hænsəm/. He often plays tennis with me. My little brother, Sam, is on his knee /niː/. Sam is seven, and he really likes chess. My mum, Jane, is on the right. She's beautiful and kind. She always /'ɔːlweɪz/ reads me a story at night /naɪt/. My grandparents, Jack and Sarah, are in the middle. They're my dad's parents. They have a dog. His name is Oscar.
My grandparents have three grandchildren /'græn,tʃɪldrən/: Sam, my cousin Lucy, and me. They often say I'm their favourite grandchild, but I think they say the same thing to all of us!
