Firstly, helping others will make us happy. For example, we should give our seats to the elderly when we take a bus. After seeing their smiling faces, we must be happier, too.
Secondly, healthy bodies can bring happiness. Health is important to everyone. Only when we keep healthy can we work and study happily. So we should keep on doing exercise every day.
Thirdly, knowledge makes our life colourful and interesting. In our free time, we are willing to learn different kinds of skills so that we can serve society better.
