第二节 阅读下面短文,并用英语回答问题(请注意每小题的词数要求)。
哲理故事(2023-2024·亳州市月考)
Many frogs (青蛙) lived in a pond (池塘). One day, an old frog decided to hold (举办) a competition, “The one who can climb up to the top of the tree first will be the winner.”
All the frogs agreed and they all joined the competition. When it started, the frogs started climbing the tree one by one. Many frogs climbed and then slipped down (滑下). At last, some frogs stopped climbing. But some frogs still kept climbing. Other frogs said, “It is impossible (不可能的) for frogs to climb it.”
Hearing this, almost all the frogs on the way of climbing stopped at once. However, one still kept. Everyone was very surprised that he made it at last. Then they asked, “Why can you do it?”
The winning frog said, “I am deaf (失聪的). When I climbed, I thought they were saying ‘Keep trying’ to me.” The old frog said, “He wins because he keeps trying instead of caring about others' words.”
Life is just like climbing the tree, so here is what we can learn from the story:
26. Who will be the winner of the competition? (不超过 15 个词)
27. What did other frogs say when some frogs still kept climbing the tree? (不超过 10 个词)
28. What would the writer say at the end of the text? (不超过 10 个词)
