1.确定文体:这是一篇应用文。
2.主体时态:文章应以一般现在时为主。
3.主体人称:由于是分析一种现象，所以人称应该以第三人称为主。

Nowadays, there exists a social phenomenon that an increasing number of Chinese people are keen on celebrating some western festivals.
There are many reasons why this phenomenon arises. First of all, many foreigners who come to China to live, work or study bring their culture here. What's more, with the development of the Internet, people get to know more about foreign culture. Besides, some Chinese businesses promote these western festivals to make money from them.
As far as I am concerned, while these holidays do bring us joy and attract us a lot, it is our responsibility to protect and spread our own culture and festivals.
