Three years ago,a man couldn't open a heavy door from a wheelchair (轮椅). Alex saw it and wanted to help him find automatic (自动的) doors.

Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres liked Alex's idea. She had him on her show and surprised him with a 25 000 check (支票) to improve (改进) the app. Alex has yet to set a date for his app to come out. But he wants to make it happen soon.
