The Adventures of Pinocchio
The Adventures of Pinocchio is a famous story by Italian writer Carlo Collodi. It tells the story of a wooden puppet Pinocchio, who dreams of becoming a real boy.
A poor woodcarver (木匠) creates him. Pinocchio can talk and move! But Pinocchio is naughty. He runs away from school and often lies. Every time he tells a lie, his nose grows longer! A kind fairy tells him that if he learns to be brave, honest, and kind, he can become a real boy.
After many difficulties, Pinocchio finally learns his lessons. Then he works hard and cares for his father. In the end, the fairy turns him into a real boy.
This story teaches us important lessons about honesty, hard work, and the value of family. While making mistakes is normal, what matters most is learning from them and trying to be better.
