Last winter, a heavy snow hit our city. As I looked out of the window, I saw Grandma Wang, my 70-year-old neighbor, struggling to clean the snow in front of her house. Without thinking twice, I put on my coat and ran outside
with a broom.
“Let me help you, Grandma!” I said. She smiled thankfully. For almost an hour, we worked together to clear the snow. My hands felt numb, but seeing the clear path and Grandma Wang’s warm smile made me forget the cold.
That experience made me realize how much a small act of kindness can mean to others. Helping Grandma Wang not only warmed her heart but also filled me with great happiness. I learned that happiness comes from giving, and I’ll always be ready to help those in need.
