Ⅲ.任务型阅读。
Sometimes, the worst thing happens in our life may be the best experience to us. One of my friends, Jack, once told me a story about his experiences. It changed his life.
For years, he was sad because of a problem. He had difficulty saving money to buy a house. One day, his car was broken after an accident. But he didn't have money to repair it, so the car had to wait. Then he worked long and hard, saving his money in a very careful way. In a few months, he saved enough money to repair his car.
After that, he discussed how to save money with his wife. During their discussion, his wife advised him to open another account (账户) so that they could save some money each month.
In a little over a year, after he opened the account, he saved more than twenty thousand dollars and was able to pay their dream house's deposit (定金).
His experiences gave him a different feeling about money. The importance of such experiences is that they teach us important lessons about life—about failure (失败) and success, and sometimes we should be thankful for them.

2. Why did Jack's car have to wait?______
