One day a man went to a famous island on vacation. He enjoyed himself very much and soon spent almost all of his money. The money left was just enough to buy a return ship ticket.
So he bought the ticket and got on the ship. It would take three days to go home by ship. However, he had no money with him. He ate nothing in the first two days. On the last day, he was so hungry that he could stand it no more (饿得不行了). He went to the cafeteria on board (船上的自助餐厅) and had a really nice meal.
After the large meal, he stood up and said to the waiter, "I have no money with me. Now do whatever you want to me."
The waiter replied with a smile, "Sir, all the meals are included (包含在) in the ship fare (船费)."
