My friend Sandy has some bad habits. She often stays up to watch TV and goes to bed late at night. She likes eating meat but doesn't like eating vegetables. Her bedroom is always messy and dirty. I think she should go to bed early and get up early every day. It's good for her health. She should also eat a lot of vegetables and fruit, but not so much meat. She should clean her bedroom and try to keep it clean and tidy.
