Yang Siqi is a 15 - year - old girl from Sichuan Province in South - west China. She loves surfing（冲浪）and has become China’s first Olympic surfer. In a big surfing competition with over 110 girls, she did really well and got the 15th place. And she had a chance to take part in the Olympics. This is the best a Chinese surfer has ever done in international surfing competitions.
Yang has had an Olympic dream since she was little. She’s very excited to have made her dream come true. She thanks her country and her coach for helping her. She has been training so hard for this.
