People say camping is great for everyone. I think it’s only for young people. This kind of activity helps to teach young people how to live in the wild(偏远地区).
A bicycle riding is a good way of getting exercise. But don’t try to do more than 30 to 40 miles a day. Don’t make yourself too tired. Select the roads that aren’t busy when you are riding.
Walking in good weather with good friends will do you good. Also, it can make you happy and healthy. But remember to wear your comfortable shoes.
As for me, the beach is a good choice. I am sure you can be very relaxed there. But don’t stay on the beach for too long.
The winter vacation may be better than a summer one. You can have a lot of fun if you learn to skate. But be careful when you are skating.
