▲ 4 spoons of light soy sauce(生抽)

▲ 3－4 spoons of chili oil(辣椒油) |
| Cooking steps： | ① Wash the spinach carefully.
② Boil a large pot of water. When the water is boiling(沸腾),add the spinach and boil it for one minute. Then put it in cold water and get it out when it cools off. Dry the spinach with kitchen paper. Remove as much water as possible.
③ Cut the spinach into pieces and put them in a bowl.
④ Put all of the seasonings(调味品)over the spinach. Then mix them and serve this cold dish. |
