I had Beijing Fried Sauce Noodles(炸酱面) for dinner. They are delicious. I know you don’t like spicy food. Don’t worry. They are not spicy at all. Henan has many delicious special foods.

Kaifeng soup dumplings are also great. They are small and round, with juicy meat inside. You need to be careful when eating them, or the hot soup will burn your mouth.  

Xinyang hot dry noodles are my favorite. They are served with sesame paste and green onions. They taste salty and fragrant.  

河南有很多美味的特色美食。  

郑州烩面非常有名。它们是用粗面条、肉和蔬菜做的，汤很美味。  

开封灌汤包也很棒。它们又小又圆，里面是多汁的肉馅。吃的时候要小心，不然热汤会烫到嘴。
