Father Monkey often says to Baby Monkey, “All your friends go to bed at nine o’clock. When can you do that too, my dear?” Baby Monkey does not listen to his father. He still plays with his toys late at night. The next morning, Father Monkey has to bite Baby Monkey’s tail to wake him up.

Finally, Baby Monkey has a large clock. It is nine o’clock. Baby Monkey is still playing with his toys. Suddenly, the clock throws Baby Monkey onto the bed. From then on, Baby Monkey goes to bed early.
