Everyone needs friends to share their feel-ings and spend some good time with in life. I am lucky to have such a friend in my life. Whether it is sharing my feelings, my good and bad times and sometimes even my clothes, I just enjoy eve-rything with him. His name is Rishi.
Meeting my best friend at school
When I was in Class 7, Rishi joined our school and our class. His parents have just moved to our city and here he was the first time to be in a new city, new school, new class and new people are everywhere. My teacher made him sit with me in the class. He was a bit shy at first, but by the end of the day, we both felt comfortable with each other.
Our friendship
Our friendship slowly became the talk of the class and gradually (逐渐地) we became best friends. Even our teachers and parents came to know about it. In fact, we helped each other with class notes and homework if one of us could not attend the school because of any reasons.
Besides studies, we both have a common interest in table tennis. We both joined a club and used to go for practice together in the eve-nings. The only difference in our habits was that I was right-handed, while he was a left - handed person. We both won many competitions. This made our parents as well as school teachers very proud (自豪的) of us.
My friend, my strength (力量)
In my times of need, my best friend gives me the strength all the time. He not only helped me solve the problems, but he also encouraged me to develop little by little. I am glad to have such a friend in my life.
