Take Slow Breaths
Taking slow breaths is an easy way to feel better. First, sit on your chair or lie on your bed. Breathe in (吸气) slowly through your nose for 4 seconds. Then hold your breath for 2 seconds. After that, breathe out (呼气) slowly through your mouth for 5 seconds. Do this a few times. It can make you feel calm.
