Rules and laws are good ways to control some bad behavior. Someone may play music on his or her mobile phone loudly when you are taking public transportation. Public places are the environment where everyone can enjoy relaxing feelings. In my opinion, keeping quiet in public is a necessary rule for everybody. No matter where you are, try to consider others' needs instead of only yours.
