Today, I visited the Ancient Town of Lijiang with my parents. We went there to experience traditional Chinese culture.
Lijiang is a well-preserved ancient town with cobblestone streets and wooden houses along canals. It’s famous for its Naxi ethnic culture.
We walked along the streets, visited a Naxi family’s house, and tried local snacks like butter tea. The most special part was watching a traditional Naxi music performance—old musicians played ancient instruments, and the music was so peaceful.
I felt relaxed and amazed. It was like stepping back in time. I hope to learn more about such cultural treasures in the future.
