It was a fine day. Nick and Mosh were discussing something at home. “Today is Mum's birthday,Mosh,” Nick said. “Let's make her favourite banana bread and surprise her.”
Nick took out a cookbook and said to Mosh,“I'll read the recipe,and you follow it.” Nick read from the cookbook,“First,mash the bananas in the bowl.”

After hearing what Nick said,Mosh put the bananas into the bowl and was going to mash them with its hands. “Stop!” Nick said. “Let's try this again. Then Nick read,“Add the eggs.” Mosh cracked(打碎)three eggs into the bowl with bananas. “Last,add flour,milk and sugar,” Nick said. “Mix everything together. Then pour the batter into the bread pan.” Nick went on. Mosh followed Nick's orders while Nick was reading the cookbook. Then Nick put the pan in the oven.
Fifteen minutes later,the banana bread was done! It looked perfect. Finally,Nick and his mum finished the bread happily.
