I made this plan because I often feel tired from staying up late and keeping balance between study and hobbies. To achieve this, I am going to exercise three times a week, such as jogging or doing yoga. I also plan to create a daily schedule, planning time for homework, reading, and relaxation. What's more, I am going to reduce screen time before bed to ensure 8 hours of sleep. By sticking to small steps, I believe I can build healthier habits and become more organized next year!
