• Mix egg yolks and sugar to make yolk liquid(蛋黄液).
• Mix light cream and milk with yolk liquid.
• Put the liquid in cups, cover the cups with tin foil(锡纸), and put them into the oven(烤箱), at a temperature of 160°C.
• Take the cups out of the oven and cool them down in the fridge.
• Put some sugar on them, and then heat them until the sugar turns brown.
