Most people love holidays. Eating big meals and snacks, traveling and spending time with friends and family are just a few activities that make holidays so sweet. But the same things may also get in the way of your health because most people care more about the happiness and forget others.
For one thing, many people stay up to watch TV or movies, play phone games or sing in KTV. They don't have enough sleep. For another, they may have too much unhealthy food and drinks and fall ill.
So how to stay healthy in holidays?
