I'm overweight, but how can I lose those extra kilos? How can I improve my P.E. scores? Are these worrying you? If they are, then read on. I have some advice for you!
For starters, you need to choose a right place and a right time to exercise. You should avoid an environment that's too noisy or crowded. Instead, choose a quiet and comfortable place. For me, the perfect place is my balcony(阳台). With flowers and fresh air around me, every moment of my exercise becomes enjoyable.
Time is important, too. The best time to exercise would be early morning. But for those who are not willing to get up so early(like me), you can choose to exercise in the late afternoon. I always do exercise after finishing my homework.
After considering the two things above, you need to think about "how". Exercising is a boring thing. My way is to listen to songs of my favorite singer, or the recording of my favorite book. Sometimes I lose myself so much in either the song lyrics or the story that I forget I'm exercising!
Last, make a plan for yourself. It should contain information like the times you exercise during a week or the duration(持续时间) of each exercise. Stick to your plan, and you'll become better!
