Wang Xue,a coach in a training school,told Teens that the sport is easy to get into. Paddleboarding can be mixed with other sports such as swimming,yoga and Pilates. Also,it's not limited(限制) to any seasons since the training school provides indoor classes in swimming pools. “You can sit,stand,kneel and even lie on the board as you want,and it's safe because you don't need to worry about falling down and getting hurt.” Wang said. “It's a sport friendly to all ages.”
Zhu Jiayan,39,a big fan of paddleboarding from Wuxi,Jiangsu,found that it is not only about exercising but also about enjoying the beauty along the way and making friends. “With a group of ‘banyou’,we travel to different cities to experience the rivers there,” Zhu said.
