I am Daniel, a Grade 9 student. I am 15 years old. In the past, I not only played computer games but also stayed up to read detective storybooks. I often felt sleepy in class due to a lack of sleep. I had too much homework, but I had no choice but to do it. So I always felt stressed. Now, I plan my day carefully and try my best to achieve a balance between my schoolwork and my hobbies. In my free time, I talk with my parents and teachers. I also take an active part in activities to lose weight.
