Nowadays,with the popularity of Chinese style,more
people show great interest in traditional Chinese culture.My favourite traditional Chinese culture is Chinese calligraphy, which has a long history and has influenced many people.
I started learning Chinese calligraphy at eight. At first, it was challenging for me to use the brush to write Chinese characters. My wrist would ache after holding the brush for a long time. Fortunately, with the help of my teacher, I gradually improved. Now, I can write spring couplets for my family every year. It makes me proud.
Learning Chinese calligraphy has a great influence on me. I become more patient and careful thanks to years of practice. I also feel honoured to be able to pass down this traditional Chinese culture.
