Clara likes to go and stay with Nan and Grandad in their big,old house.
There is an empty room on the top floor. In it,there is a big doll's house. Clara moves the things out of the house. She washes them with a soft cloth. Then she puts them back.
The next day,Clara goes back to the room. But some of the things have been moved. “I put the photo by the clock,” she says. “Now it is beside the chair!” “Nan,have you moved the things in the doll's house?” asks Clara. But Nan has not been in the room.
The next day,more things have been moved. The hard glass bottle was in front of the table. Now it is between the cupboards. Grandad hasn't moved the things. He is busy in the garden. Clara puts everything back.
The next day,there is a mess everywhere! Suddenly one of the dolls moves. “Help!” cries Clara. Nan runs up the stairs. Nan lifts the doll's skirt. There is a little mouse living in the house.
