Cooking is fun. To make chocolate mousse(慕斯), you will need: 3 eggs; 25g butter; 1 glass of water; 100g chocolate; 2 spoons of sugar.
For decoration: 2 strawberries and mint leaves.
Step 1: Break the chocolate into small pieces. Try not to eat them all!
Step 2: Take a pan(平底锅), fill it with water and place a bowl on the top.
Step 3: Put the chocolate, the butter and the water into the bowl. Slowly stir(搅拌) with a spoon. When the chocolate is melted(融化), put it to one side and let it cool.
Step 4: Take two bowls. Put the eggs' yolks(蛋黄) in one, whites(蛋白) in another.
Step 5: When the chocolate has cooled down a bit, add in one egg yolk at a time. Gently mix(混合).
Step 6: Using a mixer(搅拌机), stir the whites until they form peaks. Gently add some sugar into this delicious, snow-like mixture.
Step 7: Add the mixed egg whites to the chocolate mixture. Mix gently. Gently fold but don't beat.
Step 8: When all the white mixture is folded in, put it into cups. Cool down in a fridge for two hours.
Step 9: When the mousse is ready, take the cups out of the fridge, decorate(装饰) with strawberries or a mint leaf and GOBBLE UP!
