Yes, you are right. Michael Rosen has become world - famous for his “Nice” meme (表情包). But the man makes his living as a writer. He has written more than 200 books for children and adults.
Rosen was born on May 7, 1946 in England. He was interested in reading and writing at a young age. Rosen learned how to act and direct plays in an acting club at school. In 1969, he finished his first play, Backbone. 28 years later, he wrote his most famous book We're Going on a Bear Hunt. Sad Book, another best - seller, is about his sadness after his son Eddie died at the age of 18.
In October 2023, Rosen was given the PEN Pinter Prize.
